MEET OUR STAFF: MRS VICKERS

Mrs Vickers

In five words: Caring, kind and good fun!

Most prized possession? My teddy called Jasper

Favourite biscuit? Shortbread

Top film? Holiday Inn

Favourite song? Rocking around the Christmas Tree

Best book? (children’s) The very hungry Caterpillar

What is your guilty secret? I love watching Mr Tumble on TV

Interests: Cooking, knitting and spending time with my grandchildren

Favourite place you have visited? Waddesden Manor in Aylesbury

If I won the lottery I would travel around the world with my family

The best thing about being a teaching assistant is talking to children who are full of energy and fresh ideas and outlooks on life.

At school I was not very good at spelling and playing sport

If I’ve learned one thing, it’s to listen!

Tell us your best joke. What is black and white and goes up and down? A Zebra in a lift!

Something not a lot of people know about me is that I bite my left thumb nail when I am stressed or worried.

The celebrity I’d most like to have as a teacher at my school is Prof. Brian Cox.

If I wasn’t a teaching assistant I would be someone who looks after elderly people.
